I have been a client of Fraser at Inverness Therapy Clinic for the past 3 months. I first attended as I was having back pain issues. Have to say that I was a reluctant attendee, having never had a massage previously. Fraser is an extremely pleasant and caring professional. He carefully listened to my reasons for attending and tailored the initial massage to meet my needs resulting in a huge improvement in my condition. Fraser also provides useful exercises again tailored to my age and lifestyle. Since then I have been back to Fraser for Sport's massages and find these very helpful. First time having a Massage with Fraser and it won't be my last.
He was very empathetic, attentive and professional throughout my session. He is a very good Massage Therapist and relieved my back stiffness and pain to the point that I can stand tall again. I will need to have more appointments with Fraser but I have no hesitation in doing so.
I cant recommend Fraser enough, so if your in doubt, don't be, just go see him.

About eight weeks ago, I had hurt my back (a common occurrence), and a massage had helped to some extent; a few days later, I mentioned this to Gillian just before my regular treatment. Getting off the table one hour later, I could already feel the difference, and over the course of the next few days, my back had returned to “normal”.
More recently, I had begun talking long walks as a fitness measure, and started experiencing considerable muscle soreness in my legs; once again, Gillian’s treatments went a long way to get me “back on my feet”.

Quite simply put, Gillian’s treatments have become an integral part of my life.
